What to bring to your first call with us

Working with us · 2 min read

You do not need a specification to book an appointment. These five answers are enough to make the first call useful.

  • The problem in one sentence. What should be easier once the product exists?
  • Who will use it. Customers, staff, partners, or all three.
  • Two or three products you like. Tell us what you like about each one.
  • What already exists. A brand, a website, data in spreadsheets, an older app.
  • Your deadline and budget range. A rough range lets us suggest the right scope.

None of it needs to be polished. Planning & Strategy is the first step of our process, and turning rough answers into a plan is what that step is for.
