Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the conditions for using the Raintor website and contacting us about our services.

Last updated:

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to your use of raintor.com, operated by Raintor. Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree, please stop using it. For questions, email [email protected].

These website terms do not replace a signed client agreement, proposal or statement of work. The agreed project contract governs the services we deliver to a client.

2. Enquiries and project agreements

Submitting a contact form or requesting an appointment starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking, create a service contract or require you to purchase anything.

Project scope, pricing, payment schedules, timelines, revisions, support, cancellation and any refund arrangements must be agreed in writing before work begins. Website descriptions and examples do not guarantee a particular result for your project.

3. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other people. You must not:

  • Attempt to access administrator accounts, server systems or data without permission.
  • Send malicious code, spam, fraudulent enquiries or unlawful content.
  • Disrupt the website, bypass its security controls or interfere with other visitors.
  • Impersonate another person or submit information you have no right to share.

4. Website content and intellectual property

Raintor website text, design, branding and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to its public pages. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.

Client names, logos, screenshots and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Ownership and licensing of deliverables created for a client are determined by that client’s written project agreement.

5. Information you submit

Please provide accurate contact details and submit only material you are authorised to share. You retain your rights in information you send us and allow us to use it to evaluate and respond to your enquiry.

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or confidential material that requires a separate confidentiality agreement through the public contact form. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

6. Availability and external links

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content may change and errors may occur. Please confirm details that matter to a purchasing decision directly with us. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or because of technical issues.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their content, availability and terms are controlled by their operators.

7. Responsibility and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general information are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular purpose. Please use your own judgment when relying on general information published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Responsibilities for paid client services are set out in the relevant project agreement.

8. Updates and questions

We may revise these website terms. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date; changes do not automatically amend an existing signed client agreement.

If you have a concern about the website or these terms, contact [email protected] so we can work to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply, and any governing-law or dispute provisions for client services should be set out in the relevant written agreement.
